My name is John Douglas and this website contains pictures of a new home we are building in Long Beach CA. The goal for this project was to build a house with a 1920's spanish revival look using the latest in consruction technology. From the "forever" roof to the impervious stucco product to the catalyzed varnished woodwork this home is at the same time charming and quite durable. We strived to use traditional craftsmanship in the finish work employing only the finest tile setters, blacksmiths, and cabinet makers to produce a truely period home.
